12 Jalapeno or Hungarian Hot Wax Peppers 24 Stuffed Green Olives 8 -12oz Cream Cheese (room temp) ½ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese ¼ cup grated Monterey Jack cheese 1 tsp paprika   Directions: Halve peppers, scoop out seeds. 4 – 5lb Whole Chicken 3 sprigs thyme (1/2 chopped) 2 cloves garlic (minced) chives (1/2 chopped) 1/2 tsp salt Rosemary leaves (1/2 chopped) Parsley (chopped) 2 tbs garlic powder 1 tsp Ground black pepper 1 can of dark beer   Directions: Rinse chicken inside and out in cold running water. Pastured Cornish Roasting Chickens

We will be processing our Cornish Chickens on Wednesday, July 6th.   We expect the chickens to weigh 4-6 lbs.  The chickens are humanely processed on our farm and vacuum packed for long term freezer storage. If you would like to order some chickens please send an email to needhamfamilyfarm@gmavt.net or sign up on the order form at Family Cow Farmstand. Chickens must be picked up July 6th from 5-8pm, if you cannot make the pick up time let us know so we can freeze a few for a later date.

(Makes 10 servings) 2 tsp. cumin seeds 7 tbs. red wine vinegar 6 tbs. olive oil 5  15-0z cans kidney beans, rinsed, drained 1 medium size red onion, finely chopped 1 1/2 cups walnuts, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Directions: Toast cumin in skillet over medium heat until fragrant (~2 mins).  Whisk vinegar and oil in bowl to combine.  Combine kidney beans, onion, walnuts, and cilantro in large bowl. Strawberry Crepes

2 large eggs 1 1/2 cup milk 1 cup flour 3 tablespoons melted butter Butter, for coating the pan 1 cup strawberries, sliced maple syrup heavy cream, whipped     Directions: In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and pulse for 10 seconds.
